The Wedding That Broke the Internet: Armaan Malik’s Shaadi Diaries!

Armaan Malik—India’s ultimate heartthrob-cum-melody machine—recently tied the knot, and let’s just say it wasn’t a wedding, it was an event. From outfits that screamed royalty to a venue that could rival a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film set, Armaan’s shaadi had us all whispering, “Bhai, hum kab karenge aise shaadi?” If you have missed the minute-by-minute action on Instagram, do not fret. We will catch you up on all that went down-and-gone-on—with a desi tadka, of course!

The Venue: Where Dreams (and Bollywood Fantasies) Come True

Armaan’s place was a real palace venue-the kind that just looks airlifted straight from Jodhaa Akbar. Chandeliers, big lawns with fountains perhaps costing more than your car-this place had everything.

Even the grand entrance for the baraat had an elephant. Yes, an elephant! (Meanwhile, most of us are still negotiating with a friend to borrow their car for a simple ride to the venue.) If you thought this was OTT, wait till you hear about the decor.

The Decor: Pinterest Meets Karan Johar’s Daydreams

The decor was dreamy pastels mixed with shining gold accents. The mandap? A floral masterpiece of roses, marigolds, and exotic flowers that probably had to pass customs to get there. Rumor has it that one auntie tried to pluck a rose for her bun, but security intervened.

Fairy lights and candles lit up every nook and corner, creating the ultimate “big fat Indian wedding meets Disney” vibes. Armaan’s wedding proved one thing: There’s no such thing as too much glitter.  End

The Outfits: Dulha, Dulhan, and the Designer Parade

The Dulhan:

Armaan’s bride, Anissa (officially Mrs. Malik now), was like stepping out of a Sabyasachi catalog. The lehenga red and gold so heavy it probably has its own gym membership was weighed down by the intricacy of the embroidery, the elegance with which the veil had been draped, and the perfect jewelry that left all of us gasping.

We can only imagine what the dulhan might have been thinking: “This lehenga is so gorgeous… how am I ever going to sit, eat, or breathe?”

The Dulha:

Armaan was not one to be left behind. He dressed up in a cream-and-gold sherwani, with all the paraphernalia attached: gold safa and pearls, proclaiming for all to hear, “Main dulha hoon, aur main sabka dil le jaunga.”

Let’s be real: Armaan could’ve worn pajamas, and still would have been debonair. But that sherwani was so majestic, a confused guest nearly asked for tax exemptions on it, assuming him to be royalty.

The Catering: A Feast Fit for Kings (and Hungry Guests)

Forget your regular shaadi ka khana. Armaan’s wedding catering was next-level. The menu was so vast that one guest allegedly got lost between the kebab counter and the dessert table.

There were:

  • Chaat counters that had everything from pani puri to dahi bhalla (because what’s a wedding without a messy pani puri competition?)
  • Pasta live stations, for that one cousin who always insists on telling everyone at the dinner table that they “don’t eat spicy Indian food.”
  • A dessert section that’d make Willy Wonka give the Instagram the heebie-jeebies: from gulab jamun cheesecake to jalebis, coated with a good 24-karat layer of gold plating. Yep, gold plated! And what rich logon ki baat is

The dulhan’s makeup was a masterclass in subtle glam. It had perfectly winged eyeliner, soft pink lips, and a highlighter game that probably blinded half the guests during the pheras.

Even Armaan’s makeup (yes, dulhas get makeup too!) was perfect. No shining foreheads and tired eyes here-only that classic “I woke up like this” glow. And of course, the bridesmaids and groomsmen didn’t hold back as well, stepping out looking like magazine covers.

The Takeaway: Setting New Wedding Goals

Armaan Malik’s wedding was just not a celebration; it was more of a show. It was giving us a new target on decor, outfits, and, if we are being honest, food. For most of us, though, these weddings are better enjoyed as Instagram highlights. We can’t all afford the gold-plated jalebis or palace venues.

Still, whether you’re planning a grand wedding at a luxury venue or a cozy ceremony in your backyard, the key takeaway is this: Shaadi toh pyar aur khushi ka tyohar hai. But hey, a little glitter and good food never hurt anyone.

Congratulations, Armaan and Anissa! You’ve officially set the bar (and our expectations) way too high!
